Get fit- The sports bra

Whether you're a fitness fanatic or attempting to stick to the classic 'go to the gym more' January resolution, a well fitted sports bra is a staple piece. I was recently contacted by the lovely Leanne at SimplyBeach, asking if I would be interested in choosing some pieces from the website. 

 

I opted for the Nike womens Pro Bra in 'flash lime', and the Freya Active Underwired Sports Bra in 'Cosmic Blue'. The Nike bra comes in sizes S/M/L (I chose the M), and is perfect for general workouts. It is super comfy, aesthetically pleasing and the fabric is extremely breathable. The only thing I would point out is that this may not always provide enough support for us larger cup sizes ladies, but this is where the Freya bra comes in. Providing great support without feeling too tight or restricting, this cup sized bra gives a much better fit if you need that extra support. It is also currently in the sale along with some other great pieces, so definately worth checking out!

The SimplyBeach website has a great selection of both designer swimwear and underwear, stocking brands such as Freya, Nike, Gossard, Wonderbra and Panache. I think it is always worth spending that little bit extra and treating yourself when it comes to underwear, so I would highly recommend having a browse if you are on the look out for some new pieces :)
